Hunting:
The sellers are currently not hunting any deer on the ranch and will occasionally shoot a coyote or pig. This is located in an area that has the potential to produce some good hunting opportunities with the right management and wildlife plan.
Per the seller the ranch has a good amount of wildlife that frequent the property including Whitetail Deer, Pigs, Coyotes, Ducks, Quail, Turkey, Dove, Rabbits and the occasional porcupine.
Pasture:
The pastures on this property consist of native grasses such as Little bluestem, side oats grama, Silver bluestem, Buffalo grass, Arizona cottontop, and Green spangletop.
The sellers have only had a horse and donkey grazing on the property but have not had any cattle grazing for several years.

The owners do not own any of the oil/gas minerals on this tract.
