The ranch is dissected by FM 1835 with approximately 300 acres north of FM 1835 and 780 acres on the south side of FM 1835. This ranch is approximately 3.5 hours from the Metroplex area and 2 hours from the Lubbock area. The Stonewall County airport is located less than 10 miles from the ranch.
