According to the owner, they've been able to maintain a very healthy population of bobwhite quail through both habitat management and strict hunting management. Feral hogs are also plentiful here, as are both mourning dove and white wing dove. The "bonus" wildlife they've seen on the ranch are javelina, auodad, and they've even caught the elk on camera here. This is a true wildlife paradise.
Residence and Improvements: The cabin is a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath mobile home and in good shape. There are also several storage containers that will stay with the property. Additionally, all feeders and blinds will remain with the property.
