The highlight of Turner Ranch is the over 3,000 feet of the East Fork of Gunsolus Creek and the 11 stock tanks/ponds. Six of the tanks were built in 2020 and have had no issues with holding water. One unique feature of this ranch is a rural water pipeline (from PK Lake to Ranger) on the east portion of the ranch, near FM 134. The line has at least one spigot with no meter.

Waylon Scott Custom Homes out of Graham, TX built a well thought out 2,500 square foot home. 3,500 square feet is undercover with the 2,500 square feet air conditioned. The seller took advantage of the topography and built an east and west facing patio. The LP smart siding, stone exterior, and rustic cedar posts/rough cedar exterior trim really catch your eye. The entire 4 bedroom/3 bath home has stained concrete floors and an open floor plan. The vaulted ceiling living room and kitchen has an exposed cedar beam. Oil rubbed fixtures can be seen throughout the home. An attached two car garage was also added.

The bathroom showers have dual shower heads. In the master bathroom, the next owner will have a jacuzzi bathtub and shower sprayer. Travertine tile was used in the master bathroom.
