This property has an all weather caliche road and an electrical service line along the entire north side allowing you to pick your own home site. Wildlife & Hunting: As stated earlier, the ranch has been groomed to benefit all of the wildlife. The bird hunting is incredible and there is a couple open areas to enjoy the dove hunts and thick native brush in different areas to promote growing huge deer. The Rio Grande turkey are everywhere on the ranch and it has your typical number of wild hogs.
