Just a short drive outside of Roma Texas is where this really nice ranch is located. This ranch has excellent brush for raising trophy deer. The variety of the native browse is exceptional. The land has an interesting topography with higher elevations along the north and south side creating a valley with a natural draw down the middle of the ranch. The draw offers excellent habitat for wildlife, not to mention one could build a number of nice tanks along the course of the draw. There is already one nice tank that holds water very well.
The combination of excellent brush throughout the ranch and really good grass in the lower areas, would allow you to run a small cattle herd and have a wonderful hunting property as well. Wildlife includes deer, quail, dove, and hogs.

Electricity is available to the property at a small hunting camp area. There are also a number of nice locations for building a home or cabin. Although there is not a water well on the property, water is not real deep in this area so a well is easily drilled.
Improvements:
The ranch is fenced around the perimeter and the fencing ranges in condition from good to poor. The ranch would make a nice high fenced property or if you prefer, the low fence is adequate for holding cattle. There is power at the front of the property along Loma Blanca Road.
Water:
There is not currently a water well on the ranch.
