Dairy facility, irrigated cropland and native riparian areas. Total of 251.63 assessed acres. Irrigation water is supplied by Turlock Irrigation District and riparian rights to the San Joaquin River. Milk barn is a fully equipped, conventional double 8 herringbone (16 stalls). There are a total of 390 freestall beds and 1,110 linear feet of (950' flushed and 120' non-flushed) feed space mostly vertical pipe stanchions and pipe & cable fencing for mature cows (milking & dry). Feed storage consists of a large steel hay barn and concrete silage bunker. There is also a 3,200 SF metal shop, 1,857 SF main dwelling, second dwelling and three mobile homes. Dairy has an estimated maximum milking head capacity of 600 milk cows, restricted only by its physical capacity as it relates to livestock housing.
