Located northeast of Harrison, Nebraska in Sioux County lies 1,881+/- acres of deeded mountains and farmland on the northern slopes, canyons and flats of the Hat Creek breaks. There is a remodeled home, older barn and outbuildings, live water, dry land farming, riparian creek bottoms on East & West Hat Creek. Roughly half of the property is on new 3-inch pipeline fed by a new well, cistern and gravity flows to four tanks on the eastern and southern mountainous end of the ranch. This is a general trophy whitetail and mule deer area. The property is teaming with turkeys and new food plots have been planted for wildlife habitat enhancement.
