Simpson County - 200 Acres

This wildlife sanctuary is a very unique property, with over 3,500 along the Strong River, that includes some awesome sandbars on the western border of the tract and two other creeks flowing into the river serve as the northern and southern borders. The tract is stocked with some thinned pine plantation and hardwoods along the river and creeks and consists of mostly year old natural regeneration. This property was previously a cattle farm, so the interior areas are covered with spectacular large oaks that serve as large food plots for deer and turkey hunting. If you want a river and hunting property thats close to town!
