If an off-grid location in the backcountry of Western Montana is what your looking for you have come to the right spot! This rural 10 acre property lies just to the north of Butte Montana right off of Interstate-15. Talk about remote seclusion with over 300,000 acres of Deerlodge National Forest just to the east of the property. For sight-seeing activities, Our Lady of the Rockies, which is the 4th tallest statue in the United States, is centrally located just east of Butte and roughly 10 minutes south of this property!

This property is an old-mining claim, I am not an expert on the subject but I have come to understand there is a market for them to be used for camping, recreation, hunting, building, mining, etc. I have heard before that all mining claims whether in use or not have legal easements to them, deffinelty would be a great subject to read into on this property for if this turns to be true, there could be legal access to the property.
This property lies on the lines of Silver Bow and Jefferson County. Roughly 4 acres in Silverbow County and the other 3 acres are in Jefferson County.

Research Parcel InformationThis is off-grid Montana backcountry. I have attached a photo showing this dirt trail the goes by the property. You can see this in satellite aerial imagery. This property does not have a road that runs directly to it, hike in access is suggested for viewings at Buyers own discretion. Buyer to perform their own due diligence pertaining to physical and legal access options. Options include researching access rights for mining claims (oftentimes laws are in place making sure ingress and egress exist to these claims), contacting neighbors for easements or other professionals, and continued research around access rights.
