This is a nice old dryland farm that was put into the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). There are a couple of Playa lakes, but they should not interfere with the irrigation potential of this farm. The sellers have had several test holes drilled on the farm and that data is available for review upon request. This farm has great soils, and is in a high agriculture production area. If you are looking to expand or move into the area, this might be a great place to start.
