The Tongue River Wild Ranch is located approximately 15 minutes north of Sheridan, WY on Decker Road, 15 miles from the Tongue River Reservoir and State Park. There are a total of 1,923 +/- deeded acres. The ranch truly encompasses the term all-around with an exceptional wildlife population, three miles of Tongue River along the northern property boundary and 330 +/- acres of irrigated land. The improvements on the property consist of a large shop, a log home, a cabin, calving facilities and corrals and are well-situated on the ranch to take advantage of the scenery and privacy. The home was constructed in 2001 with 3,164 square feet and the 3-bedroom, 2 -story hunting cabin was built in 2009 and is located in the pine trees, well-away from the house for guests and invitees. There are developed roads throughout the ranch to allow access without disturbing the wildlife and many off-road trails for biking and ATVs.
