Right on the western boundary of the sandhills in western Nebraska is Pine creek that flows into the Niobrara river. Pine creek meanders through Pine Creek pasture for almost a mile, on the south end ponderosa pines are home to Merriam turkey, whitetail and mule deer. This land has highway access directly off highway 250 south of Rushville. A great getaway spot for a home or a hunting cabin, and with the farm ground and pasture there is some very positive income potential.
