This scenic ranch is nestled in an open canyon in Sheridan County, Nebraska. Pine Creek, which is a spring-fed creek, runs the length of the main canyon and is located within 300 feet of the farmstead. The creek, which is about ten feet wide and flows approximately 18-24 inches deep year round, crosses the property in two places and is bordered on both sides by pine tree covered canyons. The pastures, varying from flat to gently rolling to a very large hill with a panoramic view of approximately 30 plus miles, are arranged to utilize the stream for watering. Those that are not watered by the stream are watered by either windmill or a pressurized system. An open meadow runs parallel to the creek and produces approximately 75 1,200 pound bales of hay per year.
