These house were completely retrofitted in 2011 with all new equipment including fans, feeder, drinkers, etc. Property includes 3 water wells, 10,000 gallon water storage tank, 125 kw generator, incinerator, well house, compost barn, shop, and 1200 sf. log house all on 32 acres. These houses have LED lights, Cumberland feeders, Ziggity drinkers, Quad heaters in brood end, and plastic cool cell pads.
