The winning bidder will be required to enter into a binding contract immediately following the close of the auction.
A 10% Non-Refundable Earnest Deposit is due at the end of the auction, and closing will occur on or before April 23rd, 2025.
Payment Details: The earnest deposit must be wire transferred within 24 hours for online bidders, or paid by personal check for in-person bidders at the time of contract signing. Electronic contract signing is available for all online buyers.
The buyer(s) must honor the current farming contract, with the seller providing notice to the tenant to vacate the property after harvest in the fall of 2025.
Title insurance will be provided and paid by the seller, and 2025 taxes will be prorated to the day of closing.
Bidders must have financing arrangements made and all inspections completed prior to the auction.
In-person, online and phone bidding accepted. Phone bidders must register with auction company prior to sale day.
