Directions
From downtown Gatlinburg keep right onto E Pkwy, 14 miles take left onto Rocky Flats Rd, 0.5 mil take a slight right turn onto Old Smoky High Top Rd. There will be a dirt path on the left as you make your way up the road. That dirt path is the entry to the lots. Walk down until you see a house in front of you (5352 Dingus Way TN), the lots begin at that corner and going to the right. You can drive the dirt path; it should loop around but I would recommend walking it in case its rained.
