Here's your chance to own a dandy hideaway on Cat Claw Mountain. The rugged terrain, dense tree cover and 2 ponds provide the perfect wildlife habitat. The property has 4 sides of unequal length ( polygon ) in shape and 3 sides are fenced (the west side is not fenced). The land is high at the front of the property on the east side, then slopes into a valley that serves to catch rainwater runoff for the ponds. Electricity is at the campsite. Check out the pictures which were taken in December and see that there is very little cedar-- most of the trees are deciduous and imagine how pretty it will be in the Spring!

*There is no public water system in this area and drilling for well water in this area has been iffy at best, so most of the landowners either have a rainwater collection system or they haul their water.
