ESCANABA BEND, located northeast of San Saba, is a good combination ranch offering unlimited opportunities for recreation, production as well as several beautiful home sites. A very nice, well thought-out set of cattle working pens built of pipe is located near the barn with water troughs. At least 1 RV hook-up was noticed under the live oak trees. The land has a nice roll that offers elevated views of the surrounding countryside. The old homestead house is gone but the enormous ancient live oak trees still shade the site. Electricity and public water supply are on the property. This is a very nice property and deserves the time it will take to check it out.
