Hunters Oasis

As I was looking at this property for the first time, I thought about how awesome it could be if some of the brush and small mesquites were cleared, exposing the many beautiful Oak trees that are scattered through the ranch and along the seasonal creek that traverses the property. But, if you prefer the brush cover then it is already perfect!

The ranch is located 1 mile north of paved FM 502 in NW San Saba County on an all-weather gravel county maintained road #249. There is a new entrance gate in the SW corner and a new fence along the entire south side. The other fences are in fair condition, but will need to be repaired or replaced in the not too distant future.
