Marley Creek Ranch

Marley Creek Ranch is 4,127 acres located 25 miles north of Llano, Texas and 7.5 miles from Cherokee, Texas in San Saba county with access from FM 501 or CR 447. County Road 452 runs through the northeast portion of the ranch and has been high fenced on both sides.

The Marley Creek Ranch is divided into 10 low-fenced pastures. A 3BR/2BA hunting lodge is located near the southeastern side of the ranch, there is also a RV camp with multiple hook-ups located on the northeast side of the ranch. The ranch has two sets of cattle pens near the center of the property. There are 5 ponds around the ranch providing drinking water for the wildlife and livestock.

The abundant native wildlife consists of Whitetail, dove, quail, axis and hogs. Excellent and thick native brush provides cover and forage for the wildlife and livestock.
