The owner's log cabin is very attractive and comfortable. It has approx. 1200 sq. ft. of living space with two bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and large fireplace in the living/dining area. The second house is adobe with stucco exterior and has approx. 1200 sq. ft. of living space with two bedrooms, bathroom and fireplace. It could be used for a ranch employee or as a guesthouse. Other improvements at the headquarters include a 40X120 Quonset metal barn, a 35X12 tack room, a metal granary, and a nice roping arena with a bucking shoot. All perimeter fencing and the cross fencing on the east side of the highway is barbed wire with steel posts along the highway and cedar posts elsewhere. The cross fencing on the west side of the highway is primarily 2-strand electrical fencing.
