Welcome to the Webster Ranch. This stunning property is in two parcels approximately 569 +/- acres. Located close to the town of Creston, 15 minutes from Paso Robles and Atascadero. The Webster Ranch is part of the Huero Huero Rancho Mexican/Spanish Land Grant. The Bixby Land Company brought the Rancho into American hands in the mid 1800s. In early 1880s, the Rancho was purchased by J.V. Webster, Amos Adams, Thomas Ambrose and Calvin Cressy (founder of Creston). Soon thereafter, the Rancho was subdivided among its owners and the town of Creston was created. Linden Chandler, a Southern Californian construction magnate bought the Ranch in 1963. Today, for the first time in almost 60 years, the Webster Ranch is available for purchase.

The centerpiece of the property is a lovely Queen Anne home, said to be built in the late 1880s. Among the historic features, the beautiful woodwork and treatments throughout the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home lend a spacious, elegant feel that compliment the modern upgrades.
A custom manufactured home was built in 2004 for one of Linden Chandlers daughters that features vaulted ceilings, dual pane windows, three dormers, detailed garage, greenhouse and a nice front porch. The other two manufactured homes are approximately 1,394 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The old Linne Schoolhouse was moved to the Ranch in 1964 and was converted into bunkhouse for the family gatherings.
For the horse enthusiast, there is a well-built, 11 stall barn with a hay loft and tack room. Additionally, there are wash racks, run-in sheds, shelters and a 70 foot Odyssey Performance Trainer Hot Walker. The Ranch features a 12 pen feedlot with two spacious pole barns and a large shop. Behind the shop and pole barn is a set of working corrals, a loading chute and scale to facilitate the cattle operation.
The property has three residential wells and three irrigation wells. We do not have any current well reports. Miller Drilling has estimated Well #1 at 500-800 GPM, Well #2 at 800-1,000 GPM and Well #3 at 400-500 GPM. The Ranch is situated in an outstanding water area. There are a number of seasonal ponds. The Huero Huero runs through a portion of the Ranch.
The land has a great deal of variation in terrain and topography, such as elevated oak-graced rolling hills and panoramic views with rich, flat farm ground. The living improvements are situated nicely in an oasis of green grass. A 14 acre Olive Orchard sits south of the homes. The land is home to eagles, deer and assorted wildlife. Throughout the Ranch there is approximately 65,000 gallons of water storage and mainlining irrigation with risers throughout portions of the property.
The Webster Ranch is conveniently located in Northern San Luis Obispo County. It is a truly breathtaking, blue chip property with an abundance of water, great recreational family compound, walking distance to Creston and miles of riding trails to be enjoyed for a lifetime.
