Access:
Buckeye Rd / Forest Road 0072 is a quality dirt road that turns off Hwy 46 in the town of Old La Sal and leads to the western portion of the property. Buckeye Rd transitions into R1 Rd and intersects with S2 Rd in Colorado. Two Mile Rd and Buckeye Rd are the same roads.
Income:
Cattle ranching has been the primary use of the property during the early summer. Private-land hunting could be a beneficial use as well. Mineral rights are shared with current owners, and shares will be transferred with the sale of the property.

Nearby is Moab, Utah, and its plethora of activities is awaiting the adventurer. Moab, Utah, is just 35 minutes from La Sal, Utah. The La Sal Mountains are twenty minutes south of Moab, Utah, and are Utah's second-highest mountain range. More than a dozen mountains in the mountain range have peaks over 12,000'. Mount Peale, which can be viewed from the property, is the highest peak at 12,721 feet. The 60 mile La Sal Mountain Loop Road is a paved two-lane highway with hairpin turns and sharp corners running through the Manti-La Sal National Forest and the Rocky Mountains.
Moab's rich tradition of Hiking, Mountain Biking, RV'ing, and world-renowned photography landscapes will keep you entertained if you need more than the property and its immediate area can offer. Arches National Park offers over 2,000 stone arches for viewing. Delicate Arch is one of the widely recognized symbols in the State of Utah. Delicate Arch's opening measures 46' high and 32' wide. Other names for the arch formed from Entrada Sandstone are "Cowboy's Chaps," "Old Maid's Bloomers," and "Salt Wash Arch." The red color is from iron oxide. The hike to see the arch up close is about 3 miles.
