The Haskell Tracts are located just east of the city limits of Haskell, Arkansas and are described below. Access is gated Opitz Road to woods roads. Timber consists of mature native pine with some hardwood along creeks. Terrain is relatively flat. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-nine (89) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Tracts offer immediate timber income, great hunting / recreation, and future development potential.
