TERMS: 10% deposit ($2500 for properties 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9 & 10), ($5000 for properties 3, 4, 6 & 11) remainder of the 10% deposit in cash or personal check. Closing will be on or before 45 days from the date of the auction.

BROKER PARTICIPATION: A 1.5% commission of the high bid, before adding buyers premium, will be paid to any qualified licensed real estate broker whose prospect is the successful bidder at the auction and closes on the property. To qualify for a commission, the broker must first register the prospect by mail, deliver by hand or fax the prospects name and address on Warner Real Estate & Auctions Registration Form.
