This property has a little something for everyone! The Willow River flows through and along the property's northern portions. Looking at this river it looks like a great place to shoot some ducks as they come through. It also looks like a great place to canoe or kayak and possibly catch some sightings of wildlife. I was able to walk right up to the water’s edge by utilizing an old beaver dam that came off the tip of the timber almost midway through the property. I could see this place could be excellent for trapping as well. I also saw deer sign in various areas of the property. Especially the southern half is close to the fields that lay south of the property. When walking the property my lab flushed at least 8 grouse. The property has a good mix of high and low ground with some slight rolling topography. There’s a beautiful higher ground area of spruce not far off the road tucked between the river and the band of aspen along the south. Also a mix of aspen, spruce, fir with a few cedars mixed in down along some of the lower areas. It really has an excellent make-up of higher and lower ground to benefit all species of wildlife that live in the area. The two higher areas are the band of aspens that come out to the road by the SW corner of the property and the knoll of spruce about in the middle of the western half of the property.
