This is a beautiful example of St. Croix County Wi Prairie Land. What was once likely tillable ground has been returned to a state of early successional habitat full of forbs, grasses and early successional pine and other soft wood species. I flew my drone over the property to really gain a perspective but once I dove in and walked the property I was amazed at how much cover was provided on the ground. I saw evidence of deer everywhere. Also, this could be some excellent pheasant habitat no doubt. Lucy my lab got "birdy" more than a few times for sure. This property is in the New Richmond school district and the town of New Richmond is only a few mile away. I personally own residential property here and can attest that it is a growing and vibrant community. Call Land Specialist Neil Hauger for a personal tour today.
