Very good population of deer, turkey, and small game found across the acreage. Deer sign is plentiful. Runways with fresh tracks seemed to be pretty much everywhere I walked. Forested portion of the property has some very nice oaks, maples, poplars, and cherry. As well as a few scattered pine and younger beech. The deer had been busy scratching up acorns in quite a few areas. Seemed to be a decent population of both rabbit and squirrel as tracks were plentiful. There were also a couple nice gobblers announcing there presence during my walk thru. I also seen a good number of Quality Deer management signs on adjoining lands to the west.

Property does have a slow slope from the road toward the woods. Nice and high in most of the hay field. The northern end of the field is the high spot. The woods are a combination of mostly high ground with a few scattered seasonal wet spots. The woods have a creek / drain running around east and south sides. This provides drainage after big rains and snow melts, plus provides a water source for the wildlife.
