Lots of deer tracks in places along the creek banks. Plenty of agriculture in the area providing food for the critters.
The forest is a mix of high and low ground. The low ground will have areas of seasonally damp to wet spots. Lots of trees in the forest to hang tree stands and blinds. A trail system starts up front at the mowed area, runs west thru a nice sized food plot with a raised tower stand. It continues thru the big woods nearly to the back of the property, where theres another tower stand. Eventually the trail heads southerly over to the big creek and follows that back east to the mowed area.
