Removal of items, moving, packaging, loading, transporting, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.

Real Estate: Non-refundable 15% deposit to be made to Golden Rule-Wilson Real Estate & Auction #2, LLC Escrow within 48 hours of auction ending via cashiers check, personal check or wire transfer. Purchaser to sign a Contract to Purchase via email, fax or in person within 48 hours of auction ending. Purchaser to pay in full and close cash with deed on or before 30 days from auction date. No contingencies- IF YOU CANT CLOSE, DONT BID. A ten percent buyers premium will be added to the final bid to determine the final sales price. Property taxes prorated at closing for 2017. Property to be transferred with a good insurable General Warranty Deed. Purchaser responsible for own title search if desired.
