Water: The water well was drilled around 2004 and is in close proximity to the cabin. The one earth tank has some water at present. This area has been in a drought for several years. Ample rainfall would allow the tank to conserve more water.
Improvements: A rustic metal cabin is total electric and built on concrete slab. The cabin has a metal roof as well.
Recreation: Hunting for whitetail deer, varmints, turkey, quail and dove should be good. This ranch is quiet and makes a perfect place with the cover at the river for deer and turkey to call home. Axis deer have been seen on the ranch as well. Fishing and kayaking at the river, 4-wheeling, horseback riding and hunting for old relics can be enjoyed by all.
