As you enter the property on the north west end you are pleasantly surprised with the continuous roll of the terrain, driving through creek beds and cover while constantly climbing. When you arrive at the top, you have a 40 acre cultivated field perfect for a food plot. This field has good cover surrounding it as well as a large tank near by. All of this combines for the perfect habitat for the wildlife. As you travel eastward you will find the roll of the terrain awesome and then you come upon a lake nestled at the base of a tall cedar hill. The cliffs and lake make for a breathtaking view. Traveling more east and north the terrain changes to platueas and creek beds with a few canyons as well. If it's blue quail you want to hunt just hang on because next to the 120 acre food plot is the nesting area of many covies. The grass, pear, and mesquite provide the ideal home for the quail. Then you have the turkey that move in from the river and an abundance of dove to round out the perfect hunting place.
