Quarter Section With Solid Pasture and Tillable Production

This Rooks County pasture farm would make a great addition to any operation! In addition to the pasture, there are 29.5 +/- acres of tillable farm ground with 88% Holdrege silt loam class II soils. The overall NCCPI of 75.5 for these acres show that it's very solid tillable ground. The 124 +/- acres of rolling grassland have good fencing.
