This Tract is 240 acres of rolling grass hills and approximately 45 acres of productive bottomland. The parcel has good access from a gravel county road on the north side of the property. There is a cattle guard entrance and graveled oil field roads to the interior of the property. Water is provided across the property by a 1” rural water line with risers spaced at 300’.
