The untapped whitetail potential is huge. One owner brings his son and grandkids to the farm for two days a year to hunt. They harvest their limit and go home happy with no deer management involved whatsoever. With some intentional deer practices the property could be a whitetail paradise. There is usually good hog sign along the river and and bottom ground. Turkeys live and roost in the bottom. Coyotes and bobcats are abundant. Less than 5 miles away is an antelope herd and a prairie dog town. This is the Oklahoma version of big sky country with diversity of wildlife and vast open views.
