Pine Ridge Farm
This is a really nice managed Loblolly Plantation located on the North side of Eden. The Pines we planted in approx. 2006, and then a pre-commercial thin preformed in 2014. This is a great timber investment / recreational farm. Outside of the timber improvements there are multiple atv trails giving great access to multiple locations throughout the farm, in addition there are two current whitetail food plot areas established. The property has two streams internally that have nice mature hardwoods lining both. These areas have proven to be really great whitetail travel corridors, and would make great pond sites. On the southern portion there is a small 4+/- acres in field that could make a great homesite and has access to municipal water.
