This property is right in the middle of the Rocky Mountain Elk Migration Corridor- this Ranch has it all - 1,060 deeded acreage, nearly 2,000 acres of contiguous leased BLM and State Lands for livestock grazing, providing exceptional protected access, coverage, terrain, water and feed for Mule Deer and Elk, as well as Mountain Lion, Black Bear and Turkey. Elevations range from 6,900 to nearly 9,000 feet, with tanks, springs, Pines, Cedar, Gambel Oak, and Aspen trees rising along both sides of two and a half miles of the Navajo River, which meanders through the middle of the Ranch. UTV trails throughout the Ranch to provide access for hunting and land management.
