The pockets of cottonwood and willow trees create shaded bedding areas and travel corridors for deer and other critters to move throughout the property. The mature trees also offer plenty of locations for hanging tree stands. Three food plots have been strategically established on the tract to create easier hunting and supplemental food sources for deer before they head out to the larger agricultural fields surrounding the property. Common crops found bordering the property often include soybeans, winter wheat, milo, and forage sorghum.
