This farm has three -mile center-pivot, sprinkler irrigation systems including one Valley and two T&Ls. There are three irrigation wells with 8 turbine pumps and 125hp vertical hollow shaft electric motors that each produces approximately 1200 gpm. In addition there is another well without a pump that may need a liner installed. A fifth well with an 8 pump but no motor located on property that joins this section on its east side will be survey and conveyed with this section. A rural water system tap supplies residential and livestock water.
No mineral interest is available and there is a producing oil well in the center of the property. This farm is located on pavement just outside of Pecos city limits and about a mile south of Interstate 20 which provides development potential. The possibility also exists of someday selling water to the city.
