My fascination with land began in childhood, growing up on 40 acres near Smiley, Texas. Though others might have seen it as modest, to me it felt like an expansive 1000 acres, igniting a profound passion for hunting and fishing that would shape my life ahead. After graduating from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, I spent over 20 years as a retail pharmacist in North Texas. When my sons were young, I was determined to instill in them a love for the outdoors, prompting my search for a property to purchase. Eventually, I acquired 50 acres in Grayson County, TX, sparking a journey of acquiring and improving properties across Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio.
