Red River Farm

The 4,163 acre Red River Farm is located on the Texas-Oklahoma border north of Detroit, Texas with paved access on both sides of Farm to Market 410. The ranch is just over two hours northeast of Dallas and 40 minutes from Paris and Clarksville.

There is a 1,500 square-foot three-bedroom and two-bathroom foremans house as well as a three-bedroom and one-bathroom brick hunters cabin on the property. Additionally, there are equipment storage barns and grain silos in place to support the agricultural production.

Over three miles of the Red River serve as the western boundary of the Red River Farm. The average yearly rainfall is 55-inches. There are three pivoted fields on the east side of the property. The property is supported by 410 Water Supply Company and there is also one electric well on the northeast corner of the farm.
