Location: The Spring Water Ranch tract is located in south central Rankin County about 16 miles southeast of downtown Brandon. The lat/lon is 32.097997, -89.826085

Access: The property has excellent access provided by an all-weather gravel road. To drive to the property from Jackson, drive south on Hwy 18 until you pass thru the John's community. Then turn right on the first paved road past the store at Johns (Fletcher Rd) and go south 1.3 miles until it T's. Turn right onto Spring Water Ranch Rd. and go about 200 yards. Turn left into the entrance of Spring Water Ranch Fishing Club on Spring Water Ranch Drive. Go about 0.5 miles south and the property begins on the right. The white house on top of the hill is on the property.

The property is easy to access and it is all highway driving until the last 2 miles.

The road which borders the property is a private all-weather gravel road. This road provides access to numerous nice homes in the vicinity. The purchaser will receive a permanent easement to use this road.
