Then turn right on the first paved road past the store at Johns (Fletcher Rd) and go south 1.3 miles until it T's. Turn right onto Spring Water Ranch Rd. and go about 200 yards. Turn left into the entrance of Spring Water Ranch Fishing Club on Spring Water Ranch Drive. Go about 0.5 miles south and the property begins on the right. The white house on top of the hill is on the property.
The property is easy to access and it is all highway driving until the last 2 miles.
The road which borders the property is a private all-weather gravel road. This road provides access to numerous nice homes in the vicinity. The purchaser will receive a permanent easement to use this road.
