From I-55, take the Batesville exit west onto Hwy 6 (MS 278). In about 20 miles, turn right (north) onto Hwy 3 in Marks. Go 2 and 1/2 miles and turn right onto Gardner Road. In less than a mile the property begins on both sides of the road.
