This small cropland tract is situated roughly three miles southwest of Lambert along the east side of Mississippi Highway 3. It is bordered on the south by Denton Road which provides additional access. There is a single irrigation well that allows for most of the arable land to water using the natural contours. It has a metal-frame equipment shed on the Denton Road frontage. Soybeans have been grown of the property for the past several years. The soils consist of Class III Alligator and Sharkey clays and Forestdale and Alligator silty clays. Property has been surveyed for landforming and that information is available.
