Quay County Drip Irrigated Farm

QUAY COUNTY DRIP IRRIGATED FARM

This is an excellent 200 acre +/- irrigated farm located southeast of Tucumcari in the Arch Hurley Conservancy District. Water availability has been inconsistent but water cost is inexpensive when it is in use. Drip irrigation has recently been installed on 138 acres +/- of this farm. The drip lines are buried at 12 inches under the surface and spaced 30 inches apart and would provide for considerable depreciation. Quay loam soils make up most of the farm with a smaller amount of Ima clay loam and Tucumcari sandy loams soils. The farm has an additional 45 acres of irrigated ground and 37 acres of non-irrigated pasture land. This is an excellent opportunity to own a farm with an almost new drip irrigation system and the considerable depreciation that would go with the investment.
