Access to the property is by dirt mountain roads about 3 miles off of Jumbo Road. They are mountain roads, but they are in good shape for mountain roads and the drive can be made in 2 wheel drive most of the year.
There are 5 acres on the West side of the creek which are accessible by truck or car. The west side of the creek is a prime spot for an off the grid cabin. Park your truck, hop in the ranger and go explore the rest of your land! The creek is crossable however the far side of the creek has been washed out and it is not recommended to take a truck to the other side. The other side of the creek where the other 40 acres lie is best accessed by ranger or ATV. But it is an atv wonderland! Giant rocks! Giant deer! and Turkey everywhere! You will even see a black bear pass by from time to time.
The yellow line on the map marks the road accessible by truck or car. The red/orange line on the map marks trails that are recommended by atv or ranger.
There are no utilities available. If you want electric you will have to either go solar or bring a generator. If you want water you will either have to drill a well or install a gutter system on your future place.
