Constructed in 2001 and designed by architect Carlos Jimenez, Carlos Jimenez Studios of Houston, the house is 8,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled interior space and 5,000 sq. ft. of covered porches,courtyards,pool, pavillion, outdoor grill, fireplaces and firepits; six bedrooms, 7 full baths, 2 half-baths.
The house has a guest wing of four bedroom suites, each with own private bath, and a guest laundry. The kitchen has stainless steel countertops,informal breakfast area, granite countertop island and installed espresso maker. A large pantry, laundry and food prep area is adjecent to the kitchen.
