I showed a couple this property just yesterday and we walked the entire property. They admitted they would never be able to find a property even close to this. The rolling hills, the wildlife we saw (Ducks, Turkey, Deer, Grouse, Great Blue Heron and tons of songbirds). When we finished up, the Seller had left a fishing pole all rigged up for the Buyer to cast a few lines in the water. On the 5th cast he caught a super nice Largemouth Bass, he was thrilled. I showed him the Whitetail mounts (and antlers) the seller had taken from the property, and that got his blood pumping as well. Again, this is a one of a kind property.
