Located just southeast of downtown Ada and nestled near State Highway 99S and Old Highway 3, Long Creek Farm is a gorgeous 87.55 acre +/- farm with exquisite views, high quality soils, exceptional access and unique water features. Long Creek Farm is approximately 5 miles from Ada, 155 miles from Dallas, and 88 miles from Oklahoma City. With good perimeter fencing, numerous potential homes sites, and multiple gates for access to the property, Long Creek Farm offers various characteristics that are seemingly increasingly difficult to find.
The western portion of the property provides the greatest elevation change with the property’s highest point found at the northwestern corner. In total, 50’ of elevation change within the property’s boundaries provides the property owner with distinct views throughout the farm.

The property boasts a creek estimated at 2,000’ long that runs north to south through the middle of the property. The heavily wooded creek area creates a fun place for kids to explore and splash around throughout various times of the year. In addition, it provides a water source as well as thick cover for the wildlife moving throughout the area. We observed numerous deer coming in and out of the creek bed area and wooded thicket during our time photographing the farm. Also, we believe this creek runs intermittently, with heavier flows during the rainy season and presumably much less during the warm summer months. We estimate 26 acres of the farm resides west of the creek. This western side features the majority of the elevation change on the property and is marked more by the rolling hills one will find. On this side, one will also enjoy a acre pond that could serve as your own fishing hole!
On the eastern side, the property features picturesque pasture land making up the remainder of the farm. Perhaps, the most impressive characteristic of the property is the fertile soil quality found throughout. For those mostly interested in agricultural potential, the soils found within the farm are extremely productive. Soil maps indicate that over 90% of the property has Class 3 soils or better. As one might expect with highly productive bottom land, the best soils on the farm, Verdigris silt loam, are found along the creek in the floodplain area.
Another potential highlight of this property is its proximity to the rapidly expanding Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, which is less than 3 miles away. The Chickasaw Nation continues its massive expansion at the sprawling facility, providing hundreds of jobs, crucial medical care to our part of Oklahoma, and an enormous catalyst to the Pontotoc County economy and beyond.
